Residential Care
GEM's Residential Care facilities are located in Halifax and Amherst, Nova Scotia and provide comfort and security to those individuals who prefer to live alone and maintain a sense of independence, but require supervision or assistance with some of their activities of daily living.

These facilities offer our clients a well-appointed private or semi private suite, an activity program suited to individual interests and abilities which keeps them as engaged as they want to be, and nutritious home cooked meals prepared by professional chefs under the direction of our nutritionist.

As is the case with all of GEM's facilities, their professional health care staff are committed to seeing that each client's needs are met and their lives are enhanced as much as possible.
