North Hills Long Term Care Center, a 50 bed facility located in Granville Ferry, Nova Scotia is one of two homes operated by GEM which is being replaced under the NS Dept of Health's Long Term Care Renewal Strategy. It's successor, Heart of the Valley Long Term Care Center will be re-located to Middleton, NS when construction is finished in July 2010.
