GEM's Independent Living facilities have been constructed to cater to those individuals who wish to live as independently as possible, although may not have the ability to maintain their own home themselves.

These facilities offer the resident a well appointed bachelor, one or two bedroom suite, along with a full kitchen where they can prepare their breakfast and lunch. Dinner is enjoyed in our formal dining room, where our master chefs are eager to prepare your home cooked meals.

Although residents require minimal care in these facilities, they rest assured that professional health care staff is on duty day and night, always ready to provide friendly, attentive care.
