Centennial Villa Independent and Assisted Living Facility

Centennial Villa is a fabulous combination of a Retirement Residence and an Assisted Living Facility. This 86 unit facility has been carefully planned and designed to provide a truly luxurious rental retirement experience. The Independent Living Level, located on the second floor, is for those mature adults who require minimal health care and want to live independently, but want to free themselves of the chores that come with owning a home. The Assisted Living Level, conveniently located on the first floor, is home to those people who still want to live independently, however require some assistance in performing activities of daily living, such as cleaning, dressing, and meal preparation. Centennial Villa frees you from the anxieties and isolation of living alone, and it is a place to enrich your retirement years with friendships and stimulating experiences.

Our apartments, which are bachelor and one bedroom suites, each boast a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator, ample cupboard space, and a large family/dining room. Feel free to bring your own furniture to make your apartment as cozy and homelike as possible, or if you prefer, we can decorate it for you.

We understand that beginning a new phase of life can be unsettling, especially if it's alone, so from the moment a resident arrives, we provide a warm, caring welcome and ensure we do whatever we can to make them feel at home.

We also encourage our residents to pursue an independent private life, the same that they are used to at home, but with the safety and security of round the clock health care professionals. They feel free to entertain their guests, whether it be for afternoon tea, over for dinner, or even to spend the night.
