Preventing the spread of COVID-19
Hand Hygiene
Frequent hand washing with soap and warm water remains the best defense against the spread of respiratory illness. If soap and water are not available, hands can be cleaned with alcohol based hand sanitizer. Make sure all surfaces of the hands are covered (e.g. front, back of hands, as well as between fingers) and rub them together until they feel dry.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.

Coughing and Sneezing
When coughing or sneezing, use a tissue and wash your hands after disposing of the tissue. If a tissue is not available, cough or sneeze into your sleeve (elbow).
