Continuing Care Assistant Program Recognizing the need for heath care professionals is something that GEM has taken a proactive approach to address with the Continuing Care Assistant program which is offered on the Melville Campus in Halifax.
For little or no cost to most who have applied, GEM has helped people from the community who have a genuine interest in the well being of our seniors, to find the career that truly allows them to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
Our 12 month long program, which is in it's fourth year of operation, has already graduated more than 50 students who are playing major roles in helping GEM acheive a successful transition to their new model of care.
